hmm... Finally! hehe... took me a while to finish this one... well this is Blue Moon... a character of :iconrhardo:, we agreed to exchange fan-art and here is the result! ... I guess I've improved a little! btw, Rhardo thanks for this opportunity! ^^;

hehe... I noticed that when I do artworks for others they turn out really cool! hehe.. I want others to see not just the power a character has thats why I gave emphasis more on her personality which is important in order to connect to the viewer... hehe... it really has been fun doing this art exchange... thanks!!
